Refund Policy

Due to the nature of laboratory and research chemicals, we do not accept returns on shipped items.

Refunds are issued only in the event that an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
