Shipping Policy

Order Processing

We work quickly to ship our orders out as fast as possible. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to addresses within Canada and the United States.

Shipping to the United States

US orders ship free from British Columbia. US orders are dispatched every Monday and Thursday, and typically arrive within 5–8 business days of dispatch. Prices are displayed and charged in US dollars at checkout. Because orders fall under the $800 US de-minimis threshold, they clear customs without duties, taxes, or brokerage fees — the price you see at checkout is the total you pay. Tracking is provided by email once your order ships.

We do not currently charge for shipping. 

Delivery Timeframes

Once an order has been processed and shipped, delivery times typically range from 2–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We ship from British Columbia.

When available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
